We are extremely happy with the service we received at Race City Marine on our Chris Craft. Our boat had several issues that needed to be fixed, and the service team went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired to the highest quality. We also had our boat cleaned and detailed, and it now looks like new. They even provided pick up service from our winter storage unit to their shop and return delivery when everything was complete.
The customer service we received was outstanding. Service Advisor, Christina Casalino, was not only always courteous, helpful, and accommodating, but she kept us constantly informed about the details of the progress on our repairs. When one repair took longer than expected (because of special order parts needed from Chris Craft), she notified us of every step that was being taken to expedite the situation. She was always very professional and polite, and we had complete confidence that she was in continual communication with Chris Craft to receive the parts needed.

2nd boat with Race City. Both were excellent experiences. Especially pleased with addressing issues after service. Very quick to help and insure I did not lose time on the water. This was in stark contrast to a purchase from a different dealer where their attitude was this is summer, we will get to you in the fall!
The boat I just purchased was not my first choice this time in a boat but I feel it’s far better to buy the dealer not the boat. Overall makes for a vastly better ownership experience.
