Billy Booth and Mason Henry with Race City Marine service department provided outstanding customer service on two recent/separate occasions. I truly appreciated the level of service provided and going above and beyond to take care of all my boat service needs. They installed new batteries and a completed a full yearly service on my G25 Super Air Nautique. Even after several miscommunications with my marina regarding the ability to pull my boat to be serviced; Billy/Mason remained flexible/demonstrated the ability to successfully adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a high level of service quality.
