I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone at the Race City Marine team! John our salesman was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with when we bought out new to us 2016 G25 in June of this year. A month into ownership we were experiencing issues with the radio on the boat. My son researched the problem and found it to be a know issue regarding the Polk head unit and the JL audio components. We reached out to Mike in service and advised of the issue in which he acknowledge they have seen this before. We had purchased and extended warranty when we bought the boat for piece of mind, however upon submitting the warranty claim the extended warranty company would not cover the repair as our current head unit was obsolete and they would not pay for the retrofit from Nautique. Mike and his team replaced completed the retrofit and no cost to us. I am not posting this review because we got a "Free" upgrade, I am posting this to show how Race City stands behind what they sell and takes care of their customers. They did not have to do anything as we purchased a used boat that is 9 years old, but they did and my family can't thank them enough. They are hands down the best marina we have ever delt with and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy!! Thank you again.
