I have been using Race City Marine for the past 7 years for all my service on my boat. They stand by their quote and the delivery time as well. Mike Kolb ( Service Manager ) is great. Tyler Spitzer the technician Mike sent out is an amazing young man. Super likable, but man super professional you guys are lucky to have this young man on your team. I've been in operation / service for over 40 years and this guy is one of the top I've ever met so I hope you guys take care of that young man cause he is really good. Thanks for sending him out to fix my boat. Thanks for all the years of professionalism maintaining my Boat.

Exceptional Experience from Showroom Floor to the Water! If you are looking for professional yet personalized customer service when purchasing a boat, you can absolutely count on the team at Race City Marina. Our experience began at the Charlotte Boat Show. While we were admiring one of the Barlettas on the floor, Matt Weed approached us to answer our questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the specific construction of the boat and the pontoons, clearly articulating the high-end features that make Barletta a superior choice in the market. When it came time to talk numbers, Chris Sticco stepped in as our sales representative and worked seamlessly with Matt to finalize the sale. Throughout the entire process, Chris was proactive and highly communicative. The delivery process was where they truly went above and beyond. Matt delivered the boat at our convenience and was extremely careful during the launch. He took the time to tie the ropes on the fenders, ensuring they were at the perfect height for our specific slip. He then walked us through all the intricacies of the boat, including the Simrad system, the various helm features, and the motorized Bimini, making sure every single question was answered before he left. We absolutely love our new Barletta! It’s a fantastic feeling to know we have a team we can rely on for top-tier service in the future. Highly recommended!

Tyler came to my house to work on my Barletta. He was fabulous! So friendly, helpful, patient. He was super knowledgeable and addressed all of our issues.
